I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The older gentleman who helped me was a bit quiet, likely due to a language barrier, but he was genuinely kind and made an effort to communicate. I made sure to let him know how much I loved the Bun Bo Hue! Next time, I’m definitely going to try the Pho. He recommended the Bun Bo Hue Bap Bo Tai, which features thin slices of marinated beef shank and rare eye of round, saying it was the best option. The bowl was steaming hot, just as I hoped it would be, and I really appreciated that. Plus, it's super convenient if you’re at the DMV; it’s only a two-minute walk away. You can’t miss it.
