"Upon entering, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant, which is a good first impression. However, each time I visited, I encountered a lack of staff at the ordering counter and had to call out to get someone’s attention. On one occasion, a young woman was working there but completely ignored me while I waited to place my order. I had to say “excuse me” about four times before she finally acknowledged my presence.
I consistently ordered boba teas, but, to my disappointment, they were always watered down. It felt like I was just paying for jelly and water. During my last visit, I ordered honeydew tea, matcha green tea, and butterfly pea tea with jelly. When I mentioned to the young woman that my drinks were too diluted, she responded rather rudely when I requested that she remake them.
When she did remake them, her lack of concern was obvious; she attempted to use a dirty container and simply added more water to the drinks. I can honestly say this is a place where I do not want to spend any more money. It’s a waste of both time and money. My experiences have been so poor, and each visit has only gotten worse.
