"This place catered my daughters wedding in November 2021. It was arranged by the grooms family, so I had nothing to do with the plans except paying for it. The food was awful and basically inedible. The meats chicken breast and ribs were both over cooked and dry. The chicken breast couldn’t be cut with a knife… that’s how dry it was. The “salad” was soaked in dressing… literally the lettuce was floating in Italian dressing…. And was also inedible. The side dishes of smoked corn and potatoes were just as bad taste wise. And the unsanitary things made this all the worse… no gloves when setting up the food, directly touching the dinner rolls without gloves or masks…. Just bad bad bad. More food ended up in the garbage than what was actually eaten. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks for catering. Might be ok on the meat market side, but they should not be doing catering."
