"We came in to get some breakfast. We put our order in then waited over an hour at the table with no communication from waitress Kylee. Kylee continuously walked by and made eye contact with us but refused to come over to our table. We then watched her serve 2 other tables their food to people who came into the restaurant way after we did. After an hour we started to get irritated so we checked in with another waitress. She informed us that our waitress dropped the food and new meals were being made. The waitress Christina brought out our food and apologized for what had happened. After finishing our food, we waited 30 minutes for the check. Christina came over and asked if we received our check yet. We informed her that we hadn’t and would like to check out. Kylee avoided our table for the rest of our visit there. The food was great but the service was horrible."

"Employees were very friendly but it was probably the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. 2 scoops was around $5.75 and both flavors were very icy. Cashew Caramel Turtle only had 1 cashew in the entire scoop. Cookie Dough scoop only had three pieces of cookie dough, which tasted almost freezer burnt, and the chocolate chips were gritty. It’s right down the street so I was hoping to make it a local favorite but it was incredibly disappointing. Better to get any grocery store brand."

"I always loved Newport Creamery , never a bad experience. I 've always had pleasant waitresses until I had the rather tall and large waitress serve my grandson and I for breakfast. She was very unpleasant to us. My grandson who 's five is a charmer and even his smiles didn 't help with her sour face. He asked for the Cookie Monster cookie to be put on the side rather than on top of the ice cream. He was taking the cookie home for his brother. That waitress said in a stern face she didn 't know if she could do that. She makes the kiddie Cookie Monster sundae, of course she could do it. My coffee was very old and I asked for a fresh cup when I finally got her attention) that next cup of coffee was old as well. very unpleasant waitress. My friend goes in for breakfast and once he told her in a kind way to smile and she was offended like he asked a horrible question. How is this woman working with customers I have no idea. We call her The Bi/ hy one whenever we mention NPC in conversation . Ive always had a good experience with the two women who has worked there for a long time, one is Maryanne the other one is an older woman. They both are very pleasant and professional."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE. I never write reviews but today I had to. First off, my husband and I were sat at a dirty table with a DIRTY MENU. We originally had a dirty menu that they replaced with another dirty menu. We had to shift to the next table on our own. Our desserts were made wrong. I repeated my order twice to the our waiter and the “kid” who brought/made us our dessert didn’t even know what the dessert was called and said it’s the one with the graham cracker in it. 1. Wrong ice cream, 2. The ice cream was 80% melted 3. My husband had 3 missing ingredients with his dessert (the Caramel, the whipped cream, and cherry). This place has nothing but kids who don’t know what they’re doing. I feel bad for even saying that but they need some kind of adult leadership here to help run the place. It’s messy and so unorganized here. Our waiter offered us to pay without even giving the check that we had to go and ask for because we’ve been waiting for it since we got our dessert. Sooo disappointed"

"My review is not for the restaurant, but for the product I purchased today. I've had good service at this location in the past, but that review is for another time. I went in for a 1/2 gallon of my favorite flavor, pistacchio. Very very disappointed for 2 reasons; flavor and the amount and size (or lack of) pistacchio nuts. 1st: creamy ice cream but only had a hint of pistacchio flavor. I remember it being more flavorful. 2nd: the pistacchios in the ice-cream were like small crumbs and not a lot of them. Memory has them with bigger pieces and plentyful. Pricing was good at about 8 dollars for the 1/2 gallon. Service at the counter was cheerful and helpful. There was no pistacchio in the case but the server did say there was some in the walk-in freezer and she happily went to get it."

"Had the worst service ever. Took my child for ice cream and 1st they sat us at a dirty table then the waitress asked what we would like to drink she would get us our drinks 1st then go make another tables desserts. Brings our drinks and I tell her the table is dirty and she says OH. She takes off then comes back a few minutes later and cleaned the table. Then I ordered our sundaes told her my son wanted a hot fudge sundae with crazy vanilla ice cream whipped cream and a cherry. No nuts as he is allergic. My sundea maple walnut with maple walnut ice cream, whipped cream and cherry. She takes off to make our sundaes and comes back goes to hand my kid his sundae and it's cookies and cream ice cream with hot.fudge, whipped cream and a cherry and mine is maple walnut ice cream with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. I told her that is not what I ordered and got a what did you order then. Well you wrote it all down maybe you want to look. So I tell her what we ordered once again, she takes off to go make it. Comes back with my sundae then a sundae glass with just crazy vanilla ice cream and a side of whipped cream and a side of cherries. She takes off then. She sees I put the ice cream at the end of the table and asked if everything wasOK. I Said for the 3rd time this is supposed to be a hot fudge sundae with crazy vanilla, whipped cream and a cherry.. she goes away and comes back with a side of whipped cream and a side of hot fudge. I tell my kid just eat it because now I'm pretty ticked off. Well 3 bites in he pulled a friggen hair out of his ice cream. Now this is like an hour and a half from the time we sat down and my child really was looking forward to this and now the poor kid is on the verge of tears and so grossed out over the hair as he should be now he never wants to go back there again."
