"I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed! The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. "The wings here are nice and crispy, and they're a good size. I’m not a fan of overly meaty wings, so these were perfect for me. The only downside is that they only provide enough sauce for about five wings. Unfortunately, I didn't have any blue cheese at home, so I couldn’t enjoy them as much as I wanted. However, the garlic Parmesan was well-seasoned, and there was even some extra sauce left at the bottom!"

"We visited American Deli several times in the last couple of months. They are typically spot on with the food and pricing. The food is tasty and fast and TYPICALLY we have no issues but when there's a problem their customer service to fix the issue is subpar, well technically it's nonexistent. They have a sign on their counter that says once they give you the food it's yours they won't take it back. Hell they won't even take it back when you point out a failure BEFORE you take possession of the food. Two chicken philly sandwiches and an order of fries will set you back about $25. Our sandwiches are normally full of meat, cheese and veggies. Today there was significantly less filling and bread shown all the way around the meat of one of the sandwiches. When we pointed this out to the restaurant the cashier/manager shrugged her shoulders and closed the box. She did offer us ketchup I guess to make up for the lack of sandwich contents. Eat at your own risk when they are good they're good but when they're bad they don't care."

"I am a huge fan of this restaurant, especially for their chicken tenders and wings! I always go for the hot flavor, and the sauce is amazing! During my last visit, they really improved their offerings! The heat was intense, but it was still so tasty—I just had to tough it out! Their other flavors are also outstanding!"

"The Philly sandwich was served piping hot and fresh, with great seasoning, just like the wings. I was pleasantly surprised by how juicy the wings were while still maintaining their crispiness. The fries were also good and crispy, though I didn’t eat many of them. For $15, I got a Philly, five wings, fries, and a drink, which is a decent deal. However, the dining room itself is quite ordinary."

"I absolutely love the wings here—lemon pepper is my favorite! I'm also hooked on their fried rice; it's so delicious! The prices are very reasonable, and if you call ahead to place your order, it's ready by the time you arrive. The fruit punch is really good, but it's quite sweet, which tends to spike my blood sugar. I haven't tried much else on the menu, but the other food looks great. The spring rolls are always a hit! I don’t eat here very often, but I’ve never been disappointed. The place is always busy, which speaks volumes. Give it a try! Thanks!"

"1st visit, I was told they were closed despite it being an hour before the actual closing time on Google. 2ed visit, no employee was around, this time 2 hours before the closing time. Stood around waiting and no one came out. 3rd visit, I finally got drinks and it tasted like melted ice and the second drink was inediblely tart. It was clear they weren't made correctly. I love healthy cafes but I give up on this place. Edit: very unprofessional response. It is not my job todetail the exact time and date in a review. This is the experience(s) I received when visiting your location. I understand the issue with short staffing, however you need to update your Google hours to reflect that so other people,including myself don't waste a drive. I don't have a problem with short staff, I have a problem with your business being advertised as open then being told it is closed 1-2 hours early when I drive over. I also understand the problem withnew staff, however If they are new, they should be supervised in the involvement of any food. I've only ever seen 1 employee work out front and run to the back. My 3rd visit I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out which I didn'teven detail in the original review. So no I will not go back to wait and ask to have it remade when nobody is working out front. I've read your other responses to other reviews and it further cements the fact that I will never return tothis location or support you."

"I wouldn't recommend visiting on a Friday night. I ordered a 10-piece wing combo with a mix of mild and lemon pepper flavors, but they charged me an extra 50 cents for the mixed flavor. When my order arrived, the lemon pepper wings were missing. I pointed this out to the cashier, and she implied that it was my fault. Considering the restaurant was busy, I didn't think much of it at first. However, I still found it confusing that I was charged extra for the mixed flavor when there was a mistake. So, I went back to the counter, and the owner took my plate and drizzled cold lemon seasoning over the wings. To top it off, I had requested crispy wings, but what I received was a plate of soggy ones instead. Overall, I'm very disappointed."

"During my first visit to ATL Deli, I had a fairly good experience. The food is reasonably priced; we tried the hot garlic wings, and they were excellent. The next time I'm in Orlando, I will definitely stop by again for some wings. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of customer friendliness. Notably, there were no napkins at the tables where customers were seated. The young lady who took our order didn’t ask if we needed napkins when she handed us the food. I hope they address this issue and become more welcoming in the future."

"We went to the restaurant at 6pm yesterday. It was not crowded when we arrived. Unfortunately, the server did not inform us right away that the pizza oven was broken. I ordered a Corona but received a Coors Light instead. Despite wanting a cold beer after a long day, I didn't want to complain. My husband ordered a second beer, which sat at the bar for over 10 minutes until he had to ask another server to bring it to him. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive. Honestly, we were considering leaving when our order finally came. The medium burger was overcooked and crispy. The server said she could only offer us a $4 discount. Additionally, other customers who arrived after us and had a different server received their food before we did. Overall, we were disappointed and would not return to this restaurant."

"I so wanted to like this place. My son mentioned that he had heard how good the food was here and wanted to try it however I was skeptical because I had never heard of this spot before. One of my coworkers was talking about how good the wings were so I suggested to my husband that we order takeout. The gentleman that answered the phone was definitely in need of the Chick-fil-A customer service training program but I let that slide. I ordered our food and we proceeded to the location. It is in a little strip shopping location. The inside was very drab and dated. Why in the world some businesses feel the need post handmade paper signs all over there business is beyond me, I view that as very tacky. I ordered whiting fish, lemon pepper wings and fries for myself and a Philly combo for my husband. When our food came up I checked it on the spot, my husband shook his head as he could tell by my look they I was not pleased. My husbands steak and cheese had more bread than meat which looked extremely dry. There was absolutely no seasoning in our food. There was no salt on the fries, the fish tasted as if it was fried in grease that was not hot enough and my lemon pepper wings were over fried wings with lemon pepper poured on afterwards. Needless to say, I will never eat at any of those establishments again!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The voicemail is extremely unprofessional ?Hellllo? Nope, this is a voicemail?.?. I finally got an employee and they said I had the wrong restaurant regarding the 30 WINGS left off my order; not to mention fries were cold. I went back to the DoorDash app and it was indeed this EXACT RESTAURANT. I drove to another American Deli (Powers Ferry Rd) to place a second order. Yes, I had to drive after placing a delivery. I try not to leave negative reviews as I fully believe in Karma however this was ridiculous, and I want to save others from frustration. Please spend your money elsewhere. I spent over $120 for this order."
