"I came here for a long time. Customer service has always been lacking, not the food in the beginning. Now that I see the extremely rude follow up comments the owner has left I can see this may be a trickle down or overall culture there. There is no person permanently stationed at the front. They are there one minute and then in the back for 5 minutes picking up to go orders AND bringing out other people 's food. It 's ridiculous to have to wait 5 minutes to be seated when the entire restaurant is almost empty. What would happen if you all got busy? It 's not a sustainable business model and I suggest the owner get an outside consultant or help because things have gone down hill in the worst of ways. When i was done with my food and noticed she had not checked on me in awhile, I went to the front to pay and yes, had to wait another 5 minutes to pay. Additionally the tables were dirty. The first two photos are from the first table I was seated at. I asked the waiter about this issue and she said oh they wash them Like... as y 'all can see there 's no way that happened. Then i asked to move tables only to be equally disgusted with that one : You all have so many people who love what you first presented when you opened. I was going back when they were up the street!! Long time customer. But unfortunately I have decided to never go again. I know for a fact if you all were to invest in staff culture (basic manners, politeness, increased workers on shift , food preparation (temperature, quality , and your overall business structure (cleanliness, timing, etc. your customers would be happy and of course the business would thrive. I am genuinely confused when a business is reluctant (demonstrated in Sacbe 's rude replies to improving. I recommend Tacos Beer, they have great mexican vegan options."

"This place could possibly be good. Our experience was pretty average to slightly below average. I do not plan on visiting again anytime soon.Very nice server. Restaurant is quaint and funky. Glassware is well worn, IKEA, brand and didn’t give me the most “clean” feel.On top of that- ozarka water is served in plastic bottles. Between all the plastic bottles, straws at every seat and paper wear on the table I didn’t get a very “organic” vibe to begin with.We ordered our entrees and drinks. We purchased a $12 dollar strawberry and almond milk smoothie. It came out quickly in a plastic cup with a huge plastic straw. It tasted fresh, but otherwise very unimpressive. Our group ordered 2 entree salads and 1 cheese pizza. We waited a very long time. About half way thru the wait we were told they were out of kale. Yes- am “organic” restaurant that was out of kale. Very interestingly the pizza came out first. Thin crust, cheese pizza. Almost no flavor what so ever-my kid loved it! Would not advise pizza at this restaurant for an adult. Next came the entree salads. Moderately sized, with a fair amount of fresh appearing salad items. The “special” evergreen balsamic dressing is probably the most bland balsamic dressing I have ever had. Grilled chicken was under seasoned but cooked well.Received multiple bottles of ozarka water throughout our meal as they were drank.Bill came promptly. Kids pizza $10. Salads $12 and $16. Smoothie $12. Given a $10 dollar discount for not having kale- was a nice jester for sure!Overall- very expensive for a pretty bland “organic meal”. This place has a long way to go in building flavor profiles in their dishes and offering an environment that embraces their “organic” food."
