"I usually enjoy dining at Mezzo's, but my recent visit was disappointing. When we arrived, there was a sign that instructed us to seat ourselves. There were several empty high-top tables, but unfortunately, there were no stools available for us to use. Many tables hadn't been cleared yet, leaving us with limited options for seating. Eventually, we decided to sit at a table that was still dirty.
They took our drink orders without bothering to clear the table first and then brought our drinks to that messy table before finally cleaning it. We ordered from both the all-you-can-eat menu and the regular menu. The all-you-can-eat dishes arrived first and were warm but not hot. They refilled the all-you-can-eat items before serving our regular menu selections.
Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience at a place we usually enjoy. We'll consider giving Mezzo's another chance, but if there isn't an improvement, our next visit may be our last."
