The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. It was truly memorable, especially with a cheerful Santa who joyfully welcomed children and posed for photos with them. The venue was family-friendly, providing art and fun activities for kids, as well as hot chocolate. There was also ample space between tables for a sense of intimacy while being mindful of pandemic precautions. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, featuring several picture-perfect spots for holiday photos. Overall, it was a pleasure to visit Herd and Hearth!"
