"I have been a loyal customer of Sabor since 2006, and although the late-night hours have changed over time, it never bothered me. My siblings and I have a tradition of going to Sabor after a long, hard week of work or family gatherings. That's why it pains me to write this review. Unfortunately, in the last 8 months or so, there has been a new cook (a woman) who cannot seem to make a simple regular burrito correctly. The burritos consistently have little to no meat, and it is frustrating to pay for an asada burrito and receive one filled with only rice and beans. Additionally, the burritos have been skimping on ingredients for the past 8 months. Tonight was the final straw for me when I ordered a few asada burritos and tacos. The burritos were dripping with oil or fat, and the tacos were soggy and oily. The food is simply unappetizing. Moreover, the tortillas are not made the same as they used to be. It was the quality of the tortillas and cooking that set Sabor apart from other restaurants. Now, it is no better than street vendors. Save your money and go to a Mexican restaurant where the cook actually cares about the food they serve."
