"The most disrespectful experience I ever had and I wasn't even there to eat for myself... the lady upfront, short and black, she has to go. If your having a bad day that's cool but don't take it out on customers. I am working as well. My order was in the window ready to grab and go but instead I catch attitude... I respectfully asked everyone before me if they had been helped, including 3 older lady's before me. My order was made before the order being taken when I showed. I called back and get hung up on. I asked for her supervisor and I get laughed at. I dare anyone to watch this staff work and eat ... and I'm sure the lady who had the attitude was a manager on front line serving orders. SM*H.Your losing a lifetime worth of business in the long run. Even if it's $20.00 a week... x4 (a month) x12 (a year), x10 (a decade)....Cooks were cool... guests were cool.... front line cashier and possible manager... she was not cool. Thanks for the warning. I know not to return as a guest now."

"I visited today and had an awful experience. First my order was wrong, so they had to bring it back. Then they brought the food back out clearly they left what wasn’t messed up on the tray so it was cold. Then when we got our blizzards an employee by the name Harsh did not flip them upside down so when we mentioned it he got very nasty. He rolled his eyes when my sister walked away saying that he had a line of people. Then a couple minutes later comes to the table and said he didn’t want to spill the blizzard (which was melted btw) on my sleeping child?? He was in his stroller on the side of the table... he was very argumentative and ruined my entire visit. I would not visit this location again."

"my family always goes to this place! we live in river vale and is very practical. we went last night at 8:30 a.m. 8/19/21. my son and I had to wait one before the door, because of the line. in the inner were the two hardworking young women I have ever seen! These two girls smiled every customer and never showed that they were stressed. at the time I helped, the line was back to the door. I just want to say even if we waited that it was a great experience and it was a joy to see these girls as hard as they."

"Gave them a try for the first time today and the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard set the tone. Filled with so many flavors from the fudge to the perfect mixture of cheesecake with a twist. The burger was huge and packed with plenty of flavor in each bite however the tomato didn't cut it but the two cheeses made this burger great. Fries were good and fresh. Lastly I had the chicken tenders they were fried just right, didn't try any of the dipping sauces besides barbecue but it was a win in my book. Don't worry DQ I'll be back soon to try more of your menu definitely worth the visit if you've never had them."

"The access to the location is quite inconvenient, and the lobby was locked, leaving only the drive-thru option. After a lengthy wait and placing my order respectfully, the woman at the pickup window was rude and seemed irritated by my simple requests. I told who I assumed to be the manager to help her as she kept making orders and ignored it so me and another customer stepped behind the counter and helped as she had 4 seizures. They tend to have plenty of people working but I notice one will run the register, one will cook and then the other 1 or 2 tend to just be standing around or chatting. "Received good food and good service today! I ordered the chicken finger basket with gravy and honey mustard. Normally they forget one or the other when I go to the other locations. Not only did I get both this time but she made sure I had ketchup too, that I didn’t even ask for! The women working the window was very pleasant and made sure I received what I ordered, which something so small makes a difference! The food was fresh and hot, and I received a good amount of fries that other locations don’t give! The wait was kind of long in the drive through but it was worth the wait."

"Visiting this Dairy Queen in the southern part of Stafford County feels like visiting your warm-hearted grandparents in an assisted living home. The pace is leisurely, and both the staff and fellow customers are friendly. The decor hasn’t changed since the '90s, and the chic 32-inch TVs in each corner are always turned off—but honestly, that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s a comforting escape from the chaotic outside world, exuding a cozy, down-home country store vibe. This Dairy Queen at Ferry Farm remains unchanged, and I’m sure George Washington, whose street it’s on, would have been proud of this location."

"I wish I could give him a 0. I work at the Gage site, and this place is by far the most disgusting and disappointing. I ordered a 4 piece chicken stripe basket with buffalo sauce ranch and a banan gap on the side. my hen was tiny, which seemed to be scraped. I didn't even get the buffalo sauce, and the ranch was running and chunky. When I went through the drive-thru to ask for another ranch, I was handed over a rugged and expired ranch again. When I talked to the manager, she didn't seem to be taking care of. my banan gap was terrible. poorly made, Ice-Cream tasted dirty. I will never eat again at this place very highly recommend to them either."

"I feel really let down by my recent experience. I paid extra for additional pieces of cheesecake in my Blizzard, but there were none at all—just the graham cracker crust. It was as if they just scooped out whatever was left without any cheesecake in my Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. To make matters worse, when I ordered a milkshake, the staff member informed me they were out of whipped cream and asked if I wanted it without. Yet, he didn’t mention that there were no cheesecake pieces at all, even though I had specifically paid extra for them! I'm extremely disappointed. The whole reason I chose the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard was for the cheesecake! It feels rude to take my money for a product that didn’t come close to what was promised. I don’t go to this place often, so it was supposed to be a special treat that ultimately turned into a letdown."

"This is the best Dairy Queen I've ever visited. They consistently get my order right, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. There's usually a young man with glasses, and sometimes a young woman, both of whom I believe are of Indian descent. I don’t mean to focus on their race, but I keep forgetting to ask their names because they’re so pleasant every time I stop by. They clearly work hard. Thank you for being the best DQ I've ever encountered—I travel for work and have been to many locations!"
