"Delicious, overpriced treats with horrible customer service! They will not let you sample the incredibly expensive ice cream, as if giving a baby spoon of ice cream would break the bank. (On my second visit I purchased my wife a chocolate covered marshmallow that was clearly marked $3.99 ea, and the young lady at the register charged me $4.29.When I informed her that, that was not the correct pricing and that they were clearly marked for $3.99 each, she told me that they had not updated the prices and I would still have to pay the $4.29.I told that good customer service would be for her to honor the written price but she didn’t care, I paid the $4.29 and told her I would never be back.(On my first visit Even after the no ice cream sample disappointment, I chose to go back to support this black owned business but as usual, my brothers and sisters are extremely short on customer service and excessively high on their prices. $11.00+ for four chocolate coved turtles that comes with bad customer service? NO THANK YOU, but you can rest, assured that I will be telling everyone I know."
