"The Broken Bean is a hidden gem in Minden. The teenagers working here truly make the experience special. I've ordered to-go before, but this was my first time dining in. I had some questions about the weekly soups and other menu options, and the young woman was incredibly kind and helpful with her suggestions. My meal was fantastic—I enjoyed a grilled cheese with crawfish étouffée. I’m definitely coming back to try more from the menu!"
