"I’ve heard about the Lexington Candy Shop because it is the only restaurant in NY that makes soda the old fashioned way with syrup and seltzer water. With that being said I was excited to come here. The line was out the door but I only had to wait 15 minutes. First the good. The vibe here is old school, they have Coca Cola bottles from all over the world in there display and I got to see my ice cream soda being made. Unfortunately this place is way overpriced an ice cream soda shouldn’t be $12 and the soda was too sweet and flat. The restaurant is dirty and the owner is rude. I wouldn’t recommend coming here."
