Guess that could be said for any place you go Needs a bit more canopy shading for people who are in line waiting to order and maybe two order windows open for service instead of only using one. "My husband and I ordered two combo meals with large drinks. Unfortunately, there was hardly any soda because the cups were filled with ice. Our burgers had only a half slice of cheese on them, and they were cold and greasy, as it seemed they hadn't even been microwaved to warm them up. This experience was disappointing and not worth supporting. The bag of chips was the only highlight of the meal."

"The wings are phenomenal! We always get the mild bleu sauce and they are perfect every time. The staff is kind and the woman with the purple hair (I apologize not knowing if she’s the owner or the manager) comes around to each table to check on the guests. I think that is extremely admirable and kind and definitely shows they care about their customers. Every time we are there they are busy but I can see why…the food is so good! Despite being so busy, the food comes out in a reasonable time."

"Walked in at around an hour before close on a Saturday, and was surprised by the range of options! My boyfriend and I ended up getting a gluten free chocolate cake, a blueberry cobbler, and two cakepops. The gluten free chocolate cake was really good, and I enjoyed the cake pop! The cake pops came in a ton of different colors, and we got a pink and a yellow coated one (Easter colors! . The owner (Grammy! Explained some meal specials she has as well, where you can call in the day before to get a rib meal with sides that can feed 2-4 people, and in the summer she has a barbecue chicken meal with 3 sides. I will definitely be stopping in for one of these meals, as everyone in the store was extremely kind, and the sweets were amazing! I definitely recommend stopping in if you're nearby."

"I have to share about this place every time we go to Billings! It's my all-time favorite store! I absolutely adore the cheddar cheese popcorn—it's my top pick! I could almost finish that massive yellow bag by myself! It’s just so delicious!!! :P And don’t forget the black licorice and chocolate-covered Brazil nuts—they're amazing! "I recently had a concerning experience at the cookie store in Stones River Town Centre. After completing a transaction, I noticed that a $2 tip had been added without my consent. When I called to address this issue, the employee, Sharon, denied that any of the workers would have done this. However, I had proof in the form of a screenshot. I asked for the name of the owner or manager, but was told there was no manager, just hired staff. Sharon eventually provided the name of the owner, Jeremy T., who later suggested that another customer may have added the tip to my card. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled and the owner abruptly ended the call. I will not be returning to this establishment, as it appears they condone theft and lack customer service skills. I advise anyone who uses their card at this restaurant to carefully review their transactions."

"This place calls itself a bar and grill, but I can assure you, that’s not the case. Yes, there’s a bar, but there’s definitely no grill. I went in hoping for a decent Philly cheesesteak, as advertised on their official website, but the bartender claimed the website was fake and all they offered were air-fried “snacks.” I couldn't even finish my $17 margarita before leaving. I strongly recommend avoiding Cleats in Colorado Springs. Just two minutes away, there’s a fantastic place called Wyatt’s that serves real food and has excellent service. I don’t see Cleats lasting much longer; it’s a case of survival of the fittest."

"Everyone here is just so friendly. The bartenders were very cool and noticeably was trying to understand my order through my accent and over all the noise. The atmosphere here is great and the karaoke stage is the cherry on top of it all. I highly recommend you sign up for the karaoke when you visit, if you're lucky enough the DJ might even duet with you."
