"We arrived at 4:50 PM for our 5 PM reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and that they wouldn’t be seating anyone for the rest of the day. I requested to speak with the manager, but it took about five minutes for him to come out, presumably because he was outside smoking (it looked like he was out of cigarettes). I even received a text message confirmation from the restaurant the day before, but the manager couldn’t explain where the text came from or how I had made a reservation if they closed at 5 PM. He was completely unapologetic and condescending throughout the encounter. This was our Christmas dinner, and we were left scrambling to find somewhere else to eat. I will never dine at this restaurant again."
