"Kome Sushi is the hidden gem of Parkville, MO. Located on Tom Watson Parkway, Kome is a small sushi business that offers a delicious variety of Japanese cuisine. I tried the tuna flight and salmon roll. Both were delicious and packed full of flavor. The staff is friendly and quick. Though I did takeout, I know they have a cute interior space with a sushi bar. Overall, this is a must try restaurant in Parkville and perfect for all sushi lovers!"

"(7/30/2023) We received excellent service during our visit. The lunch special was a great deal, offering a choice of a combination that included a Bento, Ramen, Sushi, or Roll. The Tonkotsu was decent but could use some improvements, particularly in terms of the broth and the pork belly—both were lacking in depth of flavor and richness. However, I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu and Spicy Tuna Roll, as they were incredibly delicious, with the Chicken Katsu being crispy and the Spicy Tuna being exceptionally fresh. This place is definitely a recommendable option for anyone looking for a lunch or dinner spot in the mall."

"This quaint little restaurant is located in a strip mall next to a gas station. Despite the bustling atmosphere, it has a decent location. The sole waitress on duty was incredibly friendly and managed to keep up with the crowd. The rolls served were delightful! I really enjoyed the "lazy boy" dish, although the baked lobster wasn’t to my taste—everyone has their preferences. Despite the busyness of the restaurant, the waitress consistently checked on us and apologized for any wait, but honestly, there was no need for her to do so; the service was excellent and the food was quite good."

"Some of the best Katsu dishes in the city! We always end up getting at least one full chicken or pork katsu along with sushi and their delicious appetizers. I had my parents try katsu from the first time here and they've fallen in love with the dish as well. I only wish they gave you more sauce on the side with it! Their sushi is some of the best in the northland. We've tried several of their specialty sushi rolls. We love several of them including the one with steak- it's worth it!"

"MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILL! We were aware that the food would be average, but that wasn't our main concern. Large groups (which is most of their clientele) are hit with an 18% service charge. If you do the math, it seems they’re either calculating closer to 20% or including the tax in their calculations as well. When we pointed this out to the manager, he claimed it was an issue with the POS system. The Department of Weights and Measures and the Sales Tax authorities might want to look into this matter."

"I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box, chicken fried rice and a side of sushi rice. The beef was overcooked which made it hard to chew and it was cold along with the spring roll and gyoza. The fried rice was amazing, great flavor no need to add anything. Although the vegetables were cold from the teriyaki beef, it also had great flavor. I still give the place a 4 out of 5, the sushi rice was perfect for my musubi made at home. It has a seasoned but very settle rice wine vinegar flavor."

"I used to visit this place frequently and always enjoyed it. It was affordable and quite good. However, I started going to Jimmy's for my sushi. I decided to come back, but honestly, I'm not sure if I prefer Jimmy's more now or if the quality here has declined. The rolls I had were lacking in flavor. Additionally, the teriyaki was very watery. I'm also disappointed that they now charge for sauces and that prices seem to have gone up. I think I'll definitely stick with Jimmy's from now on."

"Food is delicious and fresh. However, it gives the option for hand roll or classic roll but both my husband and I choice was missing. On the receipt it shows they marked everything but the rolls. If they are not going to add them they should remove that option. The food is good though."

"I am not sure why it took me so long to try Roll Factory, but my husband and I both went in recently and ordered Poke Bowls to go. Both of the individuals who took our orders were incredibly sweet and patient while we struggled with our indecisiveness. I am very picky with poke and am usually not easily impressed, but these poke bowls were really good! The fish was super fresh, the toppings were delicious, their signature purple rice is AMAZING, and they have so many yummy sauces to decide from. I did not have any of the regular sushi rolls, but I can imagine given our experience with the poke bowls that the sushi would be just as good. One thing I did note on the menu is that they charge about $14 dollars, give or take, for a 8 piece Philly roll, which is a little steep for a basic roll like that in my opinion, but I thought the poke bowl was a great value! I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to dine-in here. There isn't too much indoor space, but there is beautiful patio seating in the courtyard if someone wanted to sit outside."

"What beats sushi? SUSHI BURRITOS!! I can 't believe there aren 't more of these places around! I didn 't know this was a thing until it was brought to my attention. Today I feel like I was truly blessed because I got the chance to indulge on this delicacy lol. First off this place kinda goes by 2 names. On Google you have to search sushi burrito yummy stick or yummy stick . On yelp it goes by Maru 2. Secondly it 's very small and easy to miss so keep your eye out for the yellow sign outside that says yummy stick. Now the FOOD!! The sushi burritos were freaking CRACK. SOOOOOO DAMMN GOOD!! I highly reccomend your try the ninja yummy stick. It has all the flavor and size you could ask for lol. I also got the original yummy stick because you gotta taste the roots you feel me? I want to try the ENTIRE menu. I ended up paying around $31.00 for the original yummy stick, ninja yummy stick, and shrimp tempura yummy stick (for the lady). The service was exceptional. Its ran by just one old asain man. He 's the nicest and most chill dude you could meet. He 's very polite, very quick with your order, and keeps a smile on his face. I was so impressed by his attitude and his demeanor that I was inclined to give him a nice tip. He was soo appreciative afterwards. I can 't wait to come back. If you want your life changed, pull up and give this place a try. It SLAPS. Please tip the guy he 's by himself, works hard, and deserves it."
