"The almond chicken was excellent, and overall, everything was quite good. The service was prompt and friendly. I had been a fan of this restaurant several years ago when it really impressed me. However, my experience during the COVID-19 pandemic was not satisfactory. I decided to give it another chance in March and visited again last night, and I'm very glad I did. While some dishes are outstanding and others are just average, I haven't found any nearby Cantonese restaurants that make their own potstickers. I suspect they were pre-made and just heated, but they were still decent. The meals are particularly enjoyable when the vegetables are finely diced, as I requested. I especially loved the red sweet and sour sauce that accompanied the crispy appetizers. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 4.3, but since I can only choose between 4 and 5, I’ll go with 4, reserving the 5 for truly exceptional experiences."
