"The staff at this restaurant is rude and unprofessional. We’ve had a negative experience before when we picked up our food, as the woman at the counter was consistently unfriendly. Tonight, we ordered delivery, but the restaurant sent our order with the wrong driver. When our driver arrived to collect the food, there was no explanation, and they refused to retrieve the order. This situation wasted both our time and the driver’s. Although the food is decent, the poor customer service has made me decide not to return. It could definitely use improvement."

"I’ve ordered from here twice so far. The first order I got general tso chicken and cheesesteak egg roll and did not like either my “GTC” was not spicy at all and I did not find any cheese or steak in the “CSER” looked more like minced meat and green peppers. Next order was curry chicken and chicken and broccoli. The “CURRY CHICKEN” was actually AWESOME. I will be ordering that again my only complain about that. Was the over board of onions which I had to dig out and ended up with a almost full bowl of just onions. Now to the chicken and broccoli which I will never order again something in the flavor was off, some pieces of the broccoli looked as if they were had gone bad and they used them anyway thinking the sauce would over shadow them. So I removed the broccoli and as I ate the chicken I got to a piece that did not taste fresh at all. I spit it out and threw all the rest of it in the garbage. This was my second attempt at straying from my favorite Chinese place “Hunan Delight” in the fruitland shopping center have never gone wrong there maybe cause I stick to 2 things which one is the chicken and broccoli so I know what the broccoli should look like fresh and taste like. This place and the other place I tried in the Pecan Square shopping center did not convince me to leave Hunan Delight. So really the 3 stars are for the “Curry Chicken” if they get rid of half the onions."

"The sweet and sour pork was very distasteful because the sauce they had on it tasted like vinegar. The chicken Chow Mein was lacking the chicken and the vegetables were mostly celery. The dipping sauce was a horrible taste. The tea was cold. Low quality service also. Do NOT recommend eating there. The only thing good was the mozzarella crab pops."

"The Golden Dragon is, without a doubt, the best Chinese food buffet I've ever experienced! I've visited numerous Chinese buffet restaurants across the US, but this one truly stands out as the finest. I haven't found a better option anywhere else. The prices are unbeatable! I've been a loyal customer for years, and even though the location is small, the dishes are incredible and bursting with flavor! My absolute favorites are the coconut chicken, cream cheese wontons, and stuffed mushrooms. Additionally, the customer service is excellent; the young lady at the front is the sweetest and most hardworking person I've encountered in the restaurant industry. She's always attentive, even during busy times. I will continue to return to this fantastic place!"

"The service, or lack thereof, at this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced. Upon entering, I waited at the host stand for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged, despite there being only 10 patrons in the restaurant and 2 workers behind the counter. When we were finally asked if we were there for a pick-up or to dine in, we were pointed to a table. We waited another 5 minutes without any further interaction, even though we were instructed to sit. Eventually, we decided to leave and no one even bothered to say a word as we walked out. I will never return to this place!"

As for parking, it is in a poorly lit area right in front of the building, and there have been reports of criminal activity affecting customers in that space."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pot stickers were overly doughy and unlike any I've ever tried before. We ordered two different entrée combos with fried rice and chow mein, but everything lacked flavor. The sweet and sour sauce seemed diluted in both appearance and taste. Honestly, it was tough to enjoy even while relaxed."
