"Very disappointing experience today and it 's further tainted my possibility of ordering for delivery in the future. I ordered a lunch special and a drink (I know the prices are a little higher when order is placed on-line) and my direct deliveryinstructions are clear. My office is right on the Grand Concourse, a large building and centrally located. My office number andfloor number all clear. I get a phone call and someone just keeps saying, outside, outside, when I answered. I ask the caller 'where outside are you? ' since my delivery is contactless and my order was to be left at my office door. The delivery personjust keeps saying outside, outside, and then proceeds to hang up. A few minutes passed and then I am assuming it 's a managercalling from the restaurant. He proceeds to tell me that the delivery person had a hard time coming in and I reply how so,considering it 's a public office building. He had no concrete solution, telling me he would reach out to his delivery person andhung up. I never got my food and no follow up phone call. I requested a refund for my order."
