"I ordered a chicken tender combo, but the cashier charged me separately for the fries. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, the person who called out the numbers and distributed the food was incredibly rude. He was disrespectful and yelled at us when we inquired about the status of our order. The customer service was very unprofessional."
