"Every time I order food from this restaurant, I'm always pleased with my meal. I've tried the orange chicken, bourbon chicken, and boneless spare ribs, and they've all been delicious! Even the rice is excellent. Unlike some other places that have off-putting flavors or textures in their rice, this place gets it right. I hadn't been ordering frequently because they don't offer delivery, but since other nearby restaurants don't compare, I've decided to come here from now on."

"Yikes. I have always said that there is a place in life for good bad Chinese food . In this usage, good bad Chinese food refers to a type of Chinese food that is not 5-star restaurant level fanciness, or necessarily the most authentic to traditional cuisine, but packs a great taste and great value. Unfortunately, my visit to Panda yielded what I can only refer to as bad bad chinese food . Not only is the restaurant not remotely fancy, but the food is quite tasteless, and ultimately presents a bad value. Having lived in the Bay Area, and being new to Kentucky, I wasn 't quite sure what to expect for its Asian food, but all of the Yelp reviews of Chinese restaurants that offered takeout in the area left me thinking that Panda was the best option. After experiencing Panda firsthand, I really really hope that there are better options in Bowling Green that I just happened to miss. The Chicken Fried Rice is 110% the most bland Chicken Fried Rice I 've ever had in my life. If I was at home, I would have definitely taken what I recieved from this restaurant, and re-fried it, with some seasonings that actually add flavor. I am almost to the point where I 'd say that I wouldn 't be surprised if they weren 't actually frying the rice, but just taking some steamed rice, adding chicken and food coloring, mixing it, and sending it out in nice little takeout boxes. If you are absolutely in a pinch and for some reason can 't find other Chinese food, give Panda a shot, but I honestly cannot recommend this restaurant in any other situation."

"We had gone there in the past…quite a lot (maybe a year ago). I believe it has changed hands because the last two times were very disappointing. Combination wanton/egg drop soup: wantons were very doughy the soup had hardly any “egg drop” in it watery. PuPu platter: ribs were fatty tough. Beef skewers were tough. Both of the past basted in a teriyaki BBQ sauce. Egg rolls: dry hard (thrown away). Shrimp: mushy (thrown away). Fried wantons: hard as a rock. Chicken wings: over done pigeon wings? Crab Rangoon: hard to tell, no flavor. No shrimp toast (as in menu). Lemon Chicken: small pieces of mushy chicken coated in a thick mushy breading tossed in a lemony flavor sauce. Shrimp with lobster sauce: Sauce was almost like the egg drop soup, with peas mushy shrimp. Sorry to say, we won’t be ordering there in the future. There are other Chinese takeout restaurants close by that will be tried. The new owners should have kept the old recipes."

"This restaurant has been our favorite for a few years now, but I believe they have taken on more than they can handle. I placed an order at 5:20 last night and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Since I work about an hour away, I placed the order before leaving work. When I arrived an hour later to pay, I was told that my food was still cooking with no time estimate. I decided to wait, assuming it would be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting another hour before my food was finally ready at 7:15. The food was delicious, but after working a 12-hour day and traveling an hour to get there, I did not want to spend another hour waiting for food that was promised to be ready in 45 minutes. I believe their partnership with food delivery services like Doordash and Grubhub may be taking a toll on their ability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If they prioritize app orders over direct calls, I will have to find another place to dine. Waiting two hours for a two-meal order is unacceptable."

"We really enjoy eating at this restaurant. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I have tried the sweet and sour chicken and the shrimp and sesame chicken, both of which were excellent. I especially like going there for lunch, as they offer a great deal that includes soup and an egg roll every day of the week at a reasonable price. My only issue is that they charge extra for wonton soup during lunch hours and it can only be ordered for a minimum of two people. Additionally, there may be a language barrier when trying to communicate with the staff."

"Blacl people be aware. When I walked in, there was a table pf about 10 people (old white people). One of them shout, "out '. The two.chinese women began to look at me aggressively as they attended to the table. At no point, did either one say hi. I stood there for a few minutes. Another white couple was in the booth. The man tried to look at me aggressively. Soon changed his mind. For the black.customers, if these Chinese people are nice to you, it is fake. Also, my shrimp toast was burned. I will see if I can post a picture. The treatment and food was terrible, all in the name of doing what their white evil customers started. There are better places to eat in Lawrenceville and to be treated with the respect you deserve."

"We used to be regular customers, but my last experience was very disappointing. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and there was hardly any chicken—mostly just breading. Instead of getting the egg roll I asked for, I received a beef roll. When I called to discuss this with the owner, the girl who answered was incredibly rude. She even argued with me, insisting that I had ordered the beef roll, which I clearly did not! After I mentioned the issue with the sweet and sour chicken, her response was, “If you don’t like it, don’t order it again.” How can someone speak to a customer like that? Then she said the owner wasn’t available but would inform him, and she hung up on me! That girl needs to learn some courtesy and should be let go."

"Do you remember the "No Soup" guy from Seinfeld? This restaurant is the Asian equivalent. The food is good, but don't expect any flexibility or exceptions from the owner. If it's your first visit, be prepared to order precisely what you believe you’ll enjoy, or you may never return. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an employee who seems to be shielded by a plastic wrap barrier at the register. I understand the need for precautions, but it felt a bit over the top. Fortunately, the food was quite good. I ordered the General's Tofu with pineapple roasted rice. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portion sizes were decent. However, it is a bit pricey at nearly $15 for a single dish. Also, skip the fried noodles. When I asked to swap the meat rolls for vegetable egg rolls, I was told it was too late for modifications, despite it being more than an hour before closing time. To add to my disappointment, the fortune cookies I received didn't bring any good news. Even though I left with a full stomach, I couldn't help but feel a little let down."

"Lack of customer service, flavor and any sense of what Chinese food is. Every dish ordered tastes like washed out vegetables. They 're kung pow chicken consists of a raw Mire poix and mixed nuts with a soy sauce packet. Sechuan chicken was undercooked with a bland array of undercooked veggies. And the egg roll was a crisp egg roll with cold cabbage in the middle. No sauces or cutlery added to bag to atleast mask the lack of skill in kitchen and upon return for exchange or refund you will be greeted with a strong NO. Won 't be back, ever. Don 't get me started on the yellow rice aka fried riced"

"This place was ok. The food that we ate was good, but we wished they had more options. It seemed like they had just as much, if not more, American food than Chinese food. One whole section with salad and then fried chicken, potatoes, pizza, then another 2 sections for desserts...which is common....but only 1 section for Chinese food. I will say that the Peanut Butter Chicken was awesome, so was the Honey Chicken!! However, we did not cate for the red sweet and sour sauce at all...it was too sweet, and had an off taste that didn't taste like other Chinese restaurants. My parents like it, and there were quite a few people coming in to eat, so maybe we are just used to the Chinese in our area. So this is just our opinion. I dont know if we would go back here."

"The experience was okay. I wasn't particularly wowed, but this restaurant is primarily a takeout spot. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It came out hot and quickly, which is definitely a plus. We ordered two meals and an appetizer for around $20, and there was plenty of food—we had enough leftovers for lunch the following day. If you're in search of fast, affordable, and decent food, I would suggest checking this place out."

"This place is great. Recently i did notice when ordering their egg rolls i get a spring roll instead. Pretty disappointing because i used to look forward to them they were exactly what i wanted from an egg roll. Now i don 't order them. I like spring rolls but those particular ones i do not enjoy. Other than the small change in 'egg rolls ' i love this place and always have. Food is always fresh and delicious and they don 't have that overly funky taste almost dirty that some other restaurant 's have. Great selection of ice cold drinks in the fridge you can add to your order. Could use a little beauty work but for the most part they take care of the place. If you order there and don 't enjoy it i don 't know what to tell you."

"My husband and I had dinner at Grand Buffet in Marysville, WA, on Valentine's Night. Although we had to wait in line for a little while, it was bearable. I use a walker and oxygen, but the manager quickly found us a seat as soon as we paid for our meals. We were placed at a four-person table near the plates and utensils by the register. Our waitress, Julia, was exceptional. She frequently checked in on us and her other customers, always with a warm smile. We appreciated her kindness, and the food was delicious."

"A few weeks ago, I tried ordering a lunch special but ended up with a large meal instead. It felt like they were more interested in upselling rather than actually providing lunch. This happened again a week or so later—I clearly stated I wanted lunch, but they kept pushing large meals or combos. It was frustrating because I was being clear, and they just wouldn’t listen. As a Muslim, I never order pork, and they know my usual order. But when I received my food, there was pork fried rice included, and the portions were smaller than usual. I thought I would let it slide and tried ordering again. This time, the lady on the phone tried to upsell me again, but I was too irritated to engage—so I just agreed and hung up. I later decided to call back to cancel the upsell and order what I really wanted. Once my food arrived, the portions were different again, and the quality was downright terrible! Despite my better judgment, I called back to place another order. Once again, the woman tried to upsell me. When I insisted it was just for lunch, she got upset and said they weren’t serving lunch that day. At that point, I was done with them. I called China King down the street, and their food is much better, more affordable, and they provide larger portions. Plus, they’re straightforward and just want to serve their customers!"

"I tried this place for the first time tonight and ordered seven dishes for a big family dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and the beautiful family that owns the restaurant. It's nice to know that their food is made with care. The decor may be a bit outdated, but it's not too bad. I'm here for the food, not the decorations. Speaking of the food, it was delicious. Every dish we tried was fantastic and we were all stuffed, yet still had leftovers. Some of our favorites included the bourbon chicken, which had a balanced taste and wasn't too salty, the broccoli with garlic sauce, which was smoky and flavorful, and the shrimp mei fun, which was delicate and slightly sweet. I didn't try the eel shumai, but it looked appetizing. I was thrilled to finally find a good Chinese restaurant here in Palm Coast."
