"We arrived at the restaurant and it was me and my party’s first time visiting. We were seated promptly since we had a reservation. We were told to scan a QR code for the menu and that was it. We were brought water and then we began looking at drinks and appetizers and waited. And waited, and waited. After asking a gentleman that was standing at the greeting area talking to another employee, he then came over and explained, “everything you need to do will be through the QR code” and then he walked away. No explanation on how to use it, where to go, no recommendations, no SERVICE at all. After trying to figure out the application on our own. We got frustrated and decided to leave and go to another establishment. We were thanked on our way out."
