"So most people who have been coming to Bald Head Island know that JSG&IP is the third incarnation of this restaurant. It is in a prime location in the Bald Head Island marina, has a good menu with rotating options, provides great views from outside and the overlook tower, and continues to hire the best servers on the island! Many people complain about the lack of staff, the high prices, and crowds in the summer. Here's a tip: it is the best on the island, so order another beverage and relax! We enjoy coming here in the off-season and have always had excellent service from the staff, as well as good food and drinks. We expect to pay more because we're on vacation, on an island, with a beautiful view, with far fewer people than any other place this beautiful!! In our party were 4 adults and a 7-year old. Our meals were great. So...don't worry about the price, focus on your experience! This was our best on the island."
