"The pastelito and empanada were tasty and well-seasoned, but I found the prices for the portions to be unacceptable. Paying four dollars for a Parcha juice that's mostly ice is excessive. I would be willing to pay a bit more if it meant getting more meat in my pastelito. At this point, you might as well increase the price and include more filling, so it doesn't feel like just a greasy tortilla. I plan to return to try something else, as I believe in giving places a second chance, but for now, I'm giving it three stars."
