"We were hoping for an authentic Italian dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. The food took an unusually long time to arrive. The gnocchi was quite bland, lacking any flavor or even a hint of basil or pine nuts. The pizza crust was excessively thick as well. We had some hope for dessert, but the Tiramisu was served in plastic cups and was overwhelmed with mascarpone—there were no discernible layers or coffee flavor. The ambiance also felt inauthentic, with fake plants taking up space on our already small table. Although our server glanced at us several times, our order was still delayed. Overall, it was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. Disappointing experience overall."
