"Just stay away. Yes, it's in Saratoga and it's close by if you live in Eagle Mountain. But please do your health a favor and just stay away. My husband and I gave this place a few tries. At first, the food was very, very good. But since it hasn't been that good since, we're guessing it was just a fluke. We have never been seated anywhere other than right in front of the bathrooms and kitchen. The whole place is visibly gross and filthy including the floors, doors, and cleaning equipment. At our last visit, the waitress had no problem throwing dirty plates into the bin they keep right outside the kitchen where everyone can see, picking up the broom and broom pan, and then setting those right down at the table in front of us to take our order without washing her hands! I hate to think about what they are doing in the kitchen where no one can see. Also, my raw sushi was warm and they took forever getting it out to me. The rest of my family was finished eating by the time they remembered me. There was no apology. They just set it down in front of me. I feel like we're tempting the food poisoning gods if we kept going there. So we're done. Not worth the crazy high pricing either."
