"Terrible, Petty, Unprofessional, Rude, Cheap, and Miserable. If I could give negative Stars, I would. I wouldn 't send my worst enemy to this place. They also run a satellite cafeteria in my office building at the Omni Building in Uniondale. The guy working behind the breakfast sandwhich counters is the embodiment of the word MISERABLE. He is so rude, you feel like you 're bothering him when you say Good morning, how are you? If you ask for a side of hot sauce forget about it he 'll slam the hot sauce on the counter afterwards. The old lady that works the register is probably the WORST part of this place. She disgusts me. I regularly come here and so do many of my colleagues, since it 's downstairs, on busy days it is convenient. One day I ordered a breakfast wrap $9.00 , which in general, has more wrap than egg protein. When i get to the register, I kindly mention to the register lady that I forgot to grab ketchup packets and that I would be grabbing them after paying for my wrap, and exiting through the entrance which is no uncommon . This lady then has the AUDACITY, to tell me not to take too much ketchup. Idk what to say at this point. I pause in amazement. Then i ask Why? and she goes on to tell me that last time i took way too much ketchup and that they yes THEYYY! are not ok with that and said something after seeing me. WHO ARE THEY?... The audacity to call me out and shame me on taking like 5 ketchup packets 1 WEEK PRIOR, when my office and the other offices in the building literally contribute thousands upon thousands of dollars annually to this business for terrible tasting food, the worst hours of operations and BURNT coffee. I am more than happy to pay even .25 cents per ketchup packet. Charge me. But to tell me that LAST TIME, i took too many ketchup packets. Are you serious? This is the worst business I have ever in 27 years on EARTH been to. This is one of many incidents that have occurred between the Stewart Ave location and the Omni cafeteria and my colleagues. Terrible people and less than mediocre food. If you are considering going here, please consider fasting instead."

"Susan Lawrence catered a tea party for my delayed bridal shower this past weekend. We got a variety of food, which was wonderful! "The Italian cuisine at this restaurant is quite good. While I find the pizza and pasta to be decent, the calzone is exceptional. I also enjoy their salads. The lunch specials are a great deal, as they include a salad, entree, and drink. The restaurant has recently been renovated, making everything look beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly as well. The wait time for food might be a bit long, but it is worth it as everything is made fresh."

"We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. The food was absolutely amazing. So far, we've tried the Monte Cristo, chicken pot pie, ribs (which were decent), and the bourbon-glazed salmon for our main courses. For appetizers, we enjoyed the cheese bites, and for dessert, we indulged in a massive chocolate cake sundae that was so rich you definitely have to share it! "Called two weeks in advance to make reservations for 20. We needed a space for readings prayers announcements etc.. Web pags says they take reservations but manager they don't I should call that day. I called the day of our lunch to be told they could seat 20 but not together. What? When I arrived they refused to seat us untill the entire group was present. It was a group of Seniors 70yo and older! there was not enough places for the elder to sit and wait. They finally squeezed us very tightly in main dining area. We could not have our normal activities due to the crowd and noise. Would NEVER recommend this place for anything! Just tell ppl up front you don't want groups!"

"We went on a Sunday afternoon for my birthday lunch, it was not busy and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. I enjoyed the selection of music that played also and the decor. It's nice that the building is big and open it doesn't feel crowded atall. The menu had several items that looked very good, I will be returning to try them for sure. The variety of the menu wasjust enough to feel like you have options but not overwhelming. They also had a full drink menu of cocktails, wine, andbeers. I chose the buffalo chicken wrap. It came with delicious seasoned fries and homemade ranch on the side. The crispychicken tenders were great, however they didn't put buffalo sauce on the tenders, and the cabbage in the wrap was really skimpy.But the meal was $10.50, and overall the amount of food I got was a good value so I can't complain. It was also pretty gooddespite them forgetting the sauce. I requested the sauce when I noticed which was 1 1/2 way into eating my meal they brought itas a side. I ended up getting a box and having enough for lunch tomorrow, with a side of buffalo sauce so I'm happy. My husbandgot a vegetable plate, which is only $9 for four sides, it's a great option for vegetarians. I had received a coupon in myemail for a free birthday dessert and I redeemed it for a giant slice of chocolate cake and ice cream which was really reallygood. Our total with the free dessert (which is normally $7.50) was only $21.89. I was blown away by this. I would recommendthis place, the food is delicious, it's a great value, and a relaxed quiet atmosphere which is hard to find at a restaurant."

"4. or 5th time after Outlaw and from experience number 1 I knew it would be a favorite. Eating is tasteful, massive portions, many options with changing your protein for the dish. Excellent sauces and spices. This is the BBQ missing from Spokane. The staff was always very attentive and very attentive. Positive, entertaining place where you can relax and feel comfortable. "First time here because it's always so crowded. We had a great server, and that alone will bring us back. The food was good for the price. They start you off with Iced croissants… like a donut. "JJ's Pizza has been a staple in Broussard for many years and has been our regular choice since 2014. Unfortunately, we've been let down multiple times lately. I'm not sure if there are new owners or management, but our orders seem to be getting messed up more often. In the past two months, we've received the wrong pizza toppings, one time we got an order that wasn't even ours (and we called to let them know), and our pesto salad ended up being a bacon ranch instead. Most recently, they forgot the bacon in the salad, and the pesto tasted terrible. It's been disappointing."

"The setting of this restaurant is so unique. It is completely outside, no inside seating at all. It is set inside a nice garden, with lots of flowers and other plants. The menu is a bit odd. Some things are not explained very well, and the drink menu doesn't list prices. If there was any large complaint, the menu could use an overhaul. Not necessarily the content, but the layout and descriptions. We ordered a caprese salad charcuterie tray. Both were huge, way bigger than expected based on the price. The caprese was great, and came with a lettuce salad and watermelon slices. The charcuterie tray had different types of cheese, nuts, berries, bread, and some raw vegetables. In our visit, the weather was very nice, and there was a musician playing a piano. The service was a bit slow, but the waiter was nice and generally did a good job. It made for a relaxing evening. If you were in a rush, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Overall it was a great experience, but I'd recommend being aware of the unique setting."

"One of our favorite chain restaurants we try to make a stop here on our regular trip between Pennsylvania and Ohio. It was very crowded on the Sunday after the Thanksgiving Day even the bar seatings were totally full, so there was about a 25 minute wait. It was even more crowded when we left after our lunch. Service was somewhat slow understandably considering the crowdedness of the place. The food was good as usual as we expect for this establishment."
