"The restaurant is a repurposed home that now serves as a coffee shop and fine dining restaurant with Italian inspirations. The interior is cozy with seating for approximately 20 people, and there is also a dining room that can accommodate larger groups. The owner, Misty, was on site overseeing operations and the staff was attentive, assertive, and not overbearing, which made for a pleasant dining experience.
During my visit, my party of around 12 people were served family-style appetizers including salted meats and cheese trays, fried olives, peppers, calamari, bread and oil, hummus, and a blended tapenade. We had a choice of sausage and lentil soup, lentil and cilantro soup, or a salad.
For my entree, I chose the Steel Head Trout, which was cooked perfectly. I finished my meal with lemon sorbet. Overall, I believe Molto Bene will become a go-to spot for cozy dinners, especially since it is BYOB."
