During which, I saw: unhappy online-order customers, late deliveries, an employee quit on the spot from feeling unsupported, and a cashier gossip on the phone while my food was getting soggier and soggier. Sandwish was average, too much remoulade, tons of plastic waste, and a rough first impression. Even with the hiring crunch, hope they can turn things around."
