"This was our first time at Ragin Cajun. We had heard about it but wanted to experience it ourselves. We were not disappointed. We had reservations and were seated immediately. My man ordered the Crawfish Elouffee and I ordered the Bayou Bisque. BOTH were excellent!!!! I was full so offered the remainder to my hubby. The noise volume was MUCH better than other South Bay restaurants...we didn't have to yell. We truly appreciated that aspect of our meal. Our waiter was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu. His recommendations were on the spot. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. We WILL return. and possibly try some of that Alligator!"

"The Salmon Yvette was outstanding and might just put hair on your chest! Ladies, I recommend wearing a turtleneck! However, the tilapia (from the kids' menu) was not great. Fortunately, the manager kindly substituted it with shrimp, which was much appreciated. Without a doubt, this is the best seafood in town!"

"A little hidden right off I-35, the restaurant is situated next to a retention pond. There's outdoor seating with fans blowing cool mist in the summer, but we opted for indoor seating, which there was plenty of. There are nice, large windows so you can look down and it's honestly a bit scenic. We ordered the fried seafood basket, jambalaya pasta, and chicken pasta (not sure of its exact name). Everything was good. I had different expectations for the jambalaya but it wasn't bad. They were also very accommodating with a seafood allergy situation that we had, and the workers were nice. The chicken pasta was very good, and the fried seafood could do no wrong."

"Food was horrible. I have been to Pappadeaux many times and the experiences used to be great. The last time I was here was about a year ago and the food wasn’t that great. Tried it again today and it was horrible. The calamari app was cold. Ordered the sea bass with Spinach and it was warm. My daughter had the fried shrimp and fries and the fries were old and cold. "I LOVE the ambiance there! Took me back to the bayou for a few.... the music, the pictures and the friendliness of the staff works!! The food was yummy and for sure has me planning a trip back to New Orleans, it's been waaaay too long. We had the crayfish cheese dip and I loved it, that and the flavored iced teas by far were the best thing on the table!! We also had the New Orleans sample plate and the crayfish etouffee didn't disappoint. I liked the dirty rice way more than the white rice however, am not a fan of al dente rice. The beans, and sausage were good and smokey. I would say for sure try this place it might just become a place to visit if you can't get down to the bayou any time soon!!"

"We had an enjoyable family meal here. Food was good and atmosphere was fun. Definitely a kitschy Cajun chain restaurant. The theme is in your face pretty heavily the minute you walk through the door ???? but that's part of the fun. We ordered a cheeseand chicken fondue to start. Came with garlic bread to dip in it. It was really heavy but tasty. The jalapeno chicken was ok.Not as exciting as he'd hoped it would be but pretty good. Buttermilk chicken baskets were good. Came with corn, fries and hushpuppies. Chicken was tender and the breading was the real deal. Not overly greasy. Kids meal was VERY SPARSE! If you have a kidwith a healthy appetite I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. Raw Oysters were meh. Not the most awesome. Weregretted ordering them but we did finish them. Would have been nice if they'd provided hot sauce. We didn't ask so I guessthat's on us? Catfish basket was very nice. The batter was good and the fish was fresh and flaky. Cajun Tricky fish wasexcellent! Dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on point and the blackened tilapia perfect. Service was good. We weren't everleft with empty glasses but the empty glasses did pile up on the table. Our dishes from our starters stayed with us the wholetime. One time a supervisor came by and did clear a few things. Manager also came by a couple times and seemed really nice. Wenever asked for those plates to be taken but it would have been nice if they were. Shouldn't have to ask in my opinion. Overallwe did have a good experience and enjoyed our meal."

"My wife and I tried Copia while visiting Clayton. Although most of the reviews were lackluster it was close to the hotel. At first blush it looked about like I thought it would. We ordered the gumbo, the prime rib and the whitefish over rice. The food was above average. It was hot and came out quickly, both dining rooms were 80% full. They had 2 servers and one busboy. As they got busier. The service slowed way down. We finished our meal and sat for 10 minutes. I put my credit card on the table. The host came over and started to clear our table. I handed the server my card when she handed me the bill and we sat for another 15 minutes. The crowd was getting restless. The group next to us and behind us were both complaining loudly about how long everything was taking. We got our check and our server apologized profusely. She was a good server but they are way understaffed. The restaurant was nowhere close to capacity. 0 people in the bar. It was a Saturday night. I can’t imagine what it would have been like with another 7-8 tables. It is extremely pricey for what it is. We had the gumbo for $10, drank water. 18 oz prime rib and blackened whitefish. It was $99 with the tip. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place. Last night we ate at Cantina Laredo for 43 including tip. Fast and very professional service. Great food and better pricing."

"A treat for the eyes and the palate. Starting with the decor of the 1890's with a brick courtyard and distinctive gaslight in the center of the dining room to the black vest and bow tie Over snowy white shirt with white apron of the wait staff. The New Orleans style selection of seafood, steak and salads should please most every palate.The Calamari was absolutely divine, the house salad with a creamy ranch made with honey bacon and Bleu cheeseIs a meal by itself.The ice tea was so distinctive you could almost taste each tea leaf. The eye appealing Blue point oysters served over a bed of ice were exceptional. The steak served to the table by a chef in chef whites was charred to perfection with a distinctive smoky flavor completely on point. This being the 1st visit I left completely satisfied with the atmosphere and the service."

"Use to love going to this place but today marks the last time I will be going here. I’ve been coming here for years but the last couple of times I’ve come I’ve been very disappointed. I have given them 2 many chances and if it is not the food it is the service. We bought my mom here for her birthday today because this is one of her favorite restaurants to go to. We ask to be seated in the back and was told there are no servers in the back so we accepted where they put us in the front under these freezing cold vents. After waiting 10mins another group was seated next to us. 15 mins later the group that sat 10 mins after us got their food order and drinks while we were still waiting. When I said something to my brother he said he heard the lady tell the waitress she forgot about us to hurry and go get our orders but he didn’t want to said anything to ruin moms birthday. Finally we were asked what we wanted to drink and any appetizers. We preceded to order everything but the waitress said not to order our food take our time and just order our drinks and appetizers for now. (Never been told that before but ok). So we order 4 appetizers (3 Cajun Fondue Rat Toes) with our drinks. Finally our drinks come and only 3 of the 4 appetizers ordered came out along with my mothers food (combo skillet). So now we are missing food and another appetizer. Because of the long wait I just went and order the other appetizer so that I would not be drinking my Swamp Thang on an empty stomach and said I would get the Seafood Combo Platter to go. I asked the server to please tell them not to put a spoon in my fondue to bring me plastic. When she finally come back with mine guess what, there was a spoon in my Fondue. At that point I just gave up. I didn’t want to ruin my moms birthday so I just sip while she ate her food, paid the bill and left. This was about the worst experience I’ve had at this type of restaurant. My mom said her food was salty and she was only able to eat some so that’s why she put the rest in a to go plate. They don’t ever have to worry about me ever coming back here again. Oooh I will say the drinks were good as always but we were charged $10.50 for each drink when it shows $8 on they website."

It's clean but intentionally worn, so don't miss the automatic U turn. Waiters are seasoned long timers who know what's good and what their customers want. "Everything was fantastic! The waitress was outstanding. I had the Red Snapper with asparagus, followed by cheesecake—both were great. On September 1, 2022, I tried the Naked Mahi with a baked potato, which was delicious. However, I did find the drinks to be quite pricey; they've increased the prices, especially for the Swamp Thing and Margaritas. Overall, the service was excellent and the cheesecake was delightful!"

"Razzoo?s is a cute Cajun chain restaurant. The food is always decent but not very extravagant. I love the chill bar feel. The drinks are always good, pretty strong, and big in size I got the Gator Punch). Today for food I got: A side salad $5 ? which I thought was a little much for just a side salad) and the Stuffed Shrimp it was like a crab cake on top of the shrimp so FREAKIN good). My total came to about $35. I feel like it all should?ve been) $20-30 based on portion size, quality, and the restaurant environment, BUT I can?t say anything was *bad. I?ll be back! My personal favorites are the lobster tails and the blackened salmon. "We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Well we called ahead again and we did not get taken care of as told to us. So to pay almost $65.00 forfood,beverages and a dessert is absurd. We were messed over all the way around. Worst customer service experience ever. Razoosmay have had other people play games like that but we are not those type of people. The innocent people has to suffer for theway others have acted. It's like someone went in our seafood plate took a huge portion out. The pasta was cold... cheese thatwas on there didn't even melt. It had no flavor, skimped on the meat no sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce as I requested.This is my favorite dish from Razoos. So i knowww what it should be like. Just terrible. I don't even want to give thislocation no stars. Guess what she finally agreed to at least give us one of the orders and it must have been old because it wascold and still skimpy. We also saw a line of people waiting for pickup and soneone else was there as well with a do over! Wow!!I love Razoos but this location was my first time there. Never everrrrr again!!!"
