"We ordered takeout through OLO and decided to enjoy some drinks while we waited. Kelly was incredible! She has a wonderful personality and engaged in great conversation with my boyfriend and me. After a difficult day losing our pet, Kelly really uplifted our spirits! The drinks were outstanding, and the nerd bomb shot was a highlight! Everything we ordered to take home was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cauliflower wings, smash burgers, jalapeño poppers, and boneless wings—honestly, everything was fantastic! My favorite sauces were the sweet chili cha cha, hot honey garlic, and the new mild recipe. We'll definitely return when Kelly is working; she’s an exceptional bartender!"

"Dinner for two cost us $63, which we found to be quite expensive and disappointing. The salads were $5.50 each, but they were soggy from being prepped earlier in the week and had diced tomatoes added that didn't help. We won’t be returning. The quality of food here is terrible, and it seems the manager is cutting corners to save money rather than disposing of poor-quality items. This restaurant started off well, but now it's just as bad as the one in Marietta. It seems they must have transferred the manager from there. Overall, it's overpriced, and the food has been disappointing for our last three visits."

"I ordered takeout, and the service was quite fast. I tried the Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseburger, but it wasn't as satisfying as I remembered. The burger felt thinner and less juicy than before, although the flavor was still nice. I have never been a fan of the wings here, as I usually prefer their burgers, but this one just didn't meet my expectations. I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 because I have enjoyed their food in the past and hope this was just an off night."

"My husband and I have been coming here every year for our anniversary since we met, as it was our first date location. The food is incredible. The staff are the kindest east of the Mississippi, and the environment is quiet and Midwestern. Mikey, their bartender for the evening we were there, was so incredibly kind to us and even offered us a free shot for our anniversary. To the staff at the Bluffton location, please ignore all of the hate you see on these reviews. None of them are true. Your facility is clean, your staff are incredible, and we will continue to come there year after year to celebrate us thank you for another lovely evening, and mad props to Mikey"

"Absolutely incredible! The food was the best I've had in a long time. I'm from Michigan, where our governor has put restrictions in place, and today is my 45th birthday! My husband brought me to Indiana for a special meal, and we stumbled upon Wings Ect. through a quick Google search. I'm so glad we did! Our visit was fantastic, and we can't wait to go back tomorrow to take our daughter with us!"

"We had an amazing experience at the Bluffton wings, etc.! We came last minute with a large group of 14 people and they got us sitting very fast and our waitress Mandi L was fantastic! She deserves a raise! She was so efficient and friendly. I don't know how she did it, but we barely waited for something because she was on top and all our food got out at the same time. They were super busy, but we were considered to be the only customers there. We were very impressed!"

"I had never been to a Wings Ect. restaurant before and thought I’d give it a try. Overall, I thought the food was decent. The 99 cent traditional wings were a good value. I thought the burger was a little over cooked for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. My main critique was that the service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not at all busy at 9 at night. Overall, I would return, especially during the Monday wing special."

"I've had a frustrating experience with this restaurant due to their consistent order mix-ups. Today, I ordered the Loaded Tater Tots with the cheese on the side to avoid sogginess during the delivery, but they ended up putting everything on the side—and they forgot the sour cream. Instead, I found a strange, unpleasant red sauce that I couldn't identify; it looked like either salad dressing or BBQ, but I couldn't bring myself to open it because it looked unappetizing. I also ordered Funnel Fries, but they didn’t include any dipping sauce. Sometimes I receive two different sauces, sometimes just one, and today it was none at all. They really need to get their act together."
