"After finishing my beer, I returned to the front to wait for my food, only to watch others pick up their takeout and see diners who had been seated after I ordered enjoying their meals. I was puzzled. At 9 PM, I inquired about my order, and a very friendly waitress went to check with the chef. She returned to tell me that the chef had already put everything away and couldn’t prepare two of my meals anymore. My son did receive his spaghetti and meatballs, but the container was a huge mess, covered in sauce as if it had been tipped over. My husband and I did not get our meals. I received a partial refund, but it was frustrating because by then, everything was closed.
We decided to give it another try, hoping for an improvement. I ordered a roast beef with au jus, but it was nothing but gristle, fat, and rubbery meat—I couldn’t even bite through it. It was absolutely disgusting. It’s unfortunate because we used to really love this place, but the service at the bar and the quality of the chefs' food are no longer worth it. I’m giving it one star because the waitresses are genuinely friendly."
