"My My mom took me to lunch today fomom ordered the sandwich Trio. After 40 minutes I had to ask the waitress to bring my mom her Broccoli soup.The waitress was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job.After 1 hour I asked the waitress if she could give us take out containers and the bill with our food. The reason being is that we were going to watch my daughter's hockey game which was 1.5 hrs after the time we got to the restaurant.It was 1 hr 10 mins when we got our food. We had to woof it down and put the rest in take out containers.My mom's fries were terrible, all crumbs and full of salt. The half sandwich was also terrible, the white bread was dry and the chicken had skin on it. My mom is a senior. She was so disappointed. We will never go back. We will go to Denny's . It's way better.Also, my husband I went there like a year ago. I thought it might be better but it's the same. Service, and food suck."

"When you make plans to reunite with a few friends after 3-4 years of being a part, you want a place where the service and food are great, with an atmosphere that’s fun to hang out at. This Kelsey’s location was the perfect choice. I wish I could remember the waitresses name, but she was attentive and friendly. Their chicken wings were on point. Tasty and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. My friends all committed to meeting more frequently. This will be the spot!!"

"In general, the restaurant was very nice with a good server. However, my main concern with restaurants is that the music is often too loud, forcing people to shout instead of having conversations. This can be disappointing when dining with others. Roadhouse restaurants should focus on being diners, not nightclubs or raves. This is just the opinion of an older gentleman."

"I have always enjoyed my time at Kelseys until recently. The last few times I have visited I have been very disappointed. The food has either been overcooked and sometimes undercooked. I understand this can happen from time to time but this has been more the norm lately. My guest and I have decided that we will give Kelseys a rest. This is unfortunate for a few reasons. Your establishment is close to home and we would enjoy a meal there at least once a week"
