"I was traveling for work, and the reviews looked good on this place. So I ordered their powerhouse prime rib sandwich with a side of onion rings. I called in the order to pick up, and I specified “I need a side of ketchup with this order”. The girl taking my order said that will be no problem. I picked it up and even tipped her although there was no table service received. Got the order back to my hotel, and there was no catchup in it. I don’t eat onion rings without ketchup. it is wrong and only demons do that. So now I Just tipped somebody to leave that part of my order and give me food that I can’t eat. There’s really no excuse to mess up something so simple. I will not be returning, and when my coworkers or colleagues are traveling to this area, I will make sure that they know to avoid The Forum as well, as they can’t manage a very simple food order."
