"BUYER BEWARE This restaurant is the only one in my area that sells Arancini rice balls with meat and sometimes I really crave them. Unfortunately, majority of the time when I place an order from them, they mess something up. The first time few times it happened everything was fine. They did the right thing and fixed whatever was the problem. Little by little it became more and more difficult to get them to do the right thing when they messed up my order until eventually the owner got on the phone with me called me a liar, cursed me out, and told me never to order from his store again. then after I hung up, he charged my credit card for my order again and wouldn’t give me my money back. I had to go dispute the charge from my bank who eventually did get my money back for me. All of this happened about a year ago. Fast-forward about a year later I found myself craving the Arancini again, but was not able to find anywhere else that sold them so stupidly enough I started placing orders from them again. Now literally every single time I I place an order, they mess it up without fail. Today, for instance, I ordered my arancini rice balls, which is supposed to come with three but they sent only two and one of them was smooshed flat. As you can see in the photo attached to this review. When I called to let them know, they told me that they sent three and that I’m shit out of luck. Last week I ordered the Arancini rice balls with meat and they sent me Arancini rice balls with cheese instead. When I place the order I put in bold letters that I do not want the cheese rice balls if they don’t have the meat. It’s a shame that the owner of this establishment is so prideful and can’t own up when he or his employees make a mistake. Instead, he gets vengeful and lets his customers suffer while taking their money. BUYER BEWARE Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"If you like good sushi, STAY AWAY from O Sushi!!! My mom, sister, and I went to lunch here on 10-3-23 and it was seriously DISGUSTING! The sushi had the strongest most fishy flavor. The raw fish on top had super thick slices and the meat was so chewy we had to spit it out. My mom had another type of fish on top that had the skin still attached! I couldn 't figure out why the whole roll tasted so fishy and just plain nasty. The rice even tasted like rotten fish and was super soggy. I could only stomach two bites and my mom only a few bites. My mom ordered tea which she described as tasting like warm water (no flavor). My sister had a bento box which she said was okay. The only good thing was the miso soup. On top of the horrible food, the chairs are a safety hazard. They have thin metal legs and when you sit down you feel them bending and shaking under you. Only one table, which we ended up moving to, had normal sturdy chairs. My family and I cannot believe this place has such great reviews! Have you all not been to the many other wonderful sushi restaurants we have in Sonoma County?! I forgot to take a picture but doesn 't matter anyway because the picture probably would have looked nice, but the flavor was sickening. I saw another review on Yelp saying they got food poisoning after eating here and I don 't doubt it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"I recommend arriving early since the restaurant opens at 4 PM. It's best to get there before 5 PM unless you're prepared to wait in a compact waiting area that reminded me of an elevator in the Empire State Building. We kicked off our dinner by sharing Focaccia Bread (photo: [hidden link]) and the $18 sautéed seasonal vegetables, which were fresh from the farmers' market—broccolini, cauliflower, mushrooms, romanesco, and cherry tomatoes (photo: [hidden link]). It was a lovely, healthy start leading into our individual pasta dishes. Jamie opted for the restaurant's signature dish, the $17 Tagliatelle al Sugo, accompanied by a couple of their large meatballs (photo: [hidden link]). The pasta was simple and fresh, very thin, and topped with a rich tomato sauce. It was light but satisfying thanks to the moist meatballs. I chose the more decadent $27 Pappardelle Bolognese (photo: [hidden link]), which is renowned for its eight-hour-stewed beef and pork shoulder ragu that envelops the noodles. The pappardelle was wonderfully velvety and provided an indulgent, meaty experience. You might think we'd be completely full at this point, but we couldn't resist splitting a $13 slice of Tiramisu—a delightful handmade dessert that was surprisingly light (photo: [hidden link]). When we left, the crowd was overflowing out the door, reinforcing the need to arrive early. Overall, I’d rate the experience as follows: FOOD: 4 stars—authentic homestyle cooking with generous portions AMBIANCE: 3.5 stars—always crowded SERVICE: 4 stars—our server was attentive TOTAL: 4 stars—I'll definitely need to return more frequently, but I’ll remember to come early!
