"Recently had a disappointing dinner here. Terrible service. We waited a LONG time for our server to come to our table even though people who were seated after us were getting attention (we had a different server). This continued throughout the meal. At one point I had to go in search of our server because, even asking other servers for our server, he never came and neither did our food. I was literally walking around the restaurant trying to find him or a manager or anyone. Once I finally found him, he seemed to realize he had completely forgotten about us (I think he never even put our order in) and apologized BUT he continued to be nowhere to be found for the rest of the meal. The food was bland and underwhelming not terrible but not at all up to what I would expect. (I had lunch here once a few months ago and had a fine experience, which is why I went back). I live in town and was very sad to have such a disappointing experience at one of the few restaurants in our town. There is a lot to choose from in neighboring towns. I won't be going back to Lucia's."
