"I visited this restaurant about six years ago and had high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing, particularly in terms of service. I ordered a steak tostada salad, which I found to be inferior compared to what I can get at Pollo Loco. On a positive note, I did enjoy my drink and the deep-fried ice cream.
Our server, Gricelda, didn’t provide the best service; I noticed her and some other staff members drinking beer in the corner. After waiting quite a while for our check, I had to flag down a different waitress to find out about Gricelda, who was on break. It would have been helpful if Gricelda had let us know she was stepping away so we could have settled our bill in a timely manner.
Despite the poor service, I still left a $10 tip. It seems like there might be some management issues here, which could explain the lack of customers during my visit."
