If he had a meeting that was running into our allotted time, we always got a call to warn us of the time overlap with an apology and options if we could not make the later time work. He was prepared and ON TIME for our event.His pricing was fair and straight forward. When he saw that we were not going to be a pain in his.....back, he even offered a few friendly help items Free to us . These items were greatly appreciated.Before our home wedding reception, he asked if he could come out and survey the venue for food preparation spaces, bar location, hors d 'oeuvres, dessert and late night snack set-up and serving areas. He did come out and offered a few nice logistical ideas to improve the flow of the meal and ways to expedite the feeding of our guests without sacrificing food quality or its appearance.His co-workers/crew were ample in numbers, friendly, came well dresses and were not intrusive to our event.Most of all, we were pleased that Angel was physically (In person) at our event. He made sure that everything ran smoothly and his coworkers were performing their duties and tasks as professionally as possible.When it 's all said and done.
