"Asked and paid for double bacon for my BLT, I ended up with 3 broken slices, had to return it. This happens everytime I go into a Baltimore Coffee and Tea. And I would stop going but I'm pregnant and it's one of the only things I can eat and I crave it. The service was okay, they did fix the issue, but it shouldn't have been an issue, it's a basic thing. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables are nasty and not cleaned off. Floor is so sticky. After they fixed the issue with the food I tried to eat the sandwich but the bread was so dry and hard that I just threw it away. Nothing was stocked. Watched a man ask for forks, she brought out 1 fork and didn't restock. I'm sure your employees are not paid enough that's why they don't seem to care much. You have a good product here, take care of your people, so your people take care of your product, do better!"
