"They provide an abundance of sauce on the side, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. The presentation is so neat and beautiful that I’ve never enjoyed a salad without meat like this before. Just imagine how excited I’ll be when I order again! This restaurant has become my new favorite spot. They are truly amazing! I ordered through UberEats, but I can only imagine how fantastic the experience would be in person. I LOVE THEM! The chain locations are consistently professional, provide quick service, and the food is always fresh. They pay attention to order notes, and it feels as though I'm dining right in the restaurant. It was impeccably clean, a true perfection! I am absolutely in love with this place! I will definitely be a lifelong customer. The staff is wonderful, and the food presentation is stunning. "I order here a few times a year. It's a little pricey for tacos, but the food is good. Yesterday I made an order around 3pm for a 530pm delivery. At 5:07 I was notified via text that my order wasn't going to be delivered. At 5:08 I received a call that they were working on getting a driver. At 5:46 I had to call them to see where my food was and eventually I had to drive there to pick it up myself to avoid being an hour+ late for a hungry family. I wasn't refunded for a delivery fee or a tip $17 in total even though I picked it up myself. I also ordered 2 chips with guac and salsa. I received 2 chips but only 1 guac and 1 salsa. The woman I woman I was dealing with on the phone was nice and consulting with the manager. I would have hoped they could have offered more specific ways to remedy this situation. Instead they created and extremely agitated customer."

"Was sadly disappointed because the staff here are awesome. But my Expresso burrito was mostly rice and maybe 4 pieces of tough pork. The flavor is there but I can't chew through the pork very easy. The flan I received was also sunken and curdled, very tasty but weird textures. For what I paid for all of this, I feel really jipped."

"Don't be fooled by the outward appearance; the restaurant looks small from the outside. Once you're inside, the atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and you're greeted by a delightful array of aromas that make your mouth water. The main dish was outstanding, and the dessert was delicious as well. The service was top-notch. The only downside was the fountain soda—I'd recommend opting for canned drinks or Malta instead. Overall, it's a fantastic place with amazing chicken. I’ll definitely be back! And I almost forgot to mention the pupusas—they were the best I’ve ever had!"

"A delightful hole in the wall with super authentic Mexican fare that took me back to the streets of Oaxaca and CDMX! (I’ll admit, I’ve never been to Sinaloa). The birria was super juicy and tender, with a consome even better than Birria-Landia’s. Shrimp was very well seasoned too, and the fresh guac is to die for. The service and attention was superb and I got to practice my español with the host!"

"The restaurant has a lovely interior, and the music adds to the overall atmosphere. The salsa has a smooth texture and tastes fantastic. If you're a cheese aficionado, you should definitely try the Enchiladas El Morral. They come with a generous amount of cheese both inside the enchiladas (which are made with flour tortillas instead of corn) and on top, paired with Verde sauce. Personally, as a fan of Verde sauce, I would have liked to see more sauce and a bit less cheese, but I realize that might not be a common preference! I also sampled some of my friend's carnitas, and they were absolutely delicious! Overall, a great experience!"

"I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but my last experience was quite disappointing. I ordered the camarones a la diabla, and it was the worst dish I've ever had. The sauce was really thick, and I found myself eating the shrimp quickly because I was hungry. I ended up telling the server to take the plate away because I was feeling nauseous."

"We had dinner at this place and the woman in charge of our table served in a bad way, we had dinner at the place and ordered 2 dishes to take away (we ordered them at the same time that we ordered what we were going to consume at the place if I have known it was that bad I won't order to take away) roast beef without salt or flavor and another ceviche, I thought it would be shrimp or fish ceviche but it was tomato ceviche!!, literally it was just chopped tomato with 2 sad toasts I will not return to this place again."

"We visited this past weekend to have dinner with some friends. The service was just not great. I won't review the food because the service sort of put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole place so I don't feel that would be fair. I ordered a margaritaon the rocks, got a frozen margarita instead. Our server didn't seem to want to swap it out but when I specifically asked for itto be, he did. The one I got in return I can only assume was a strained version of the original because it wasn't frozen butdefinitely not on the rocks either. There were four of us and so it was hard to put the salsa where we could reach itconveniently so we asked for a 2nd. We did get an additional salsa but only after asking for it a 2nd time. When our meal cameI requested some limes in which I never received. Fortunately my friends all had margaritas as well so I took their garnish touse on my tacos Al Pastor. Whenever I requested any of the above things my husband even noticed that the server gave me a lookof distain so I had our friends request the remaining things our table needed (they were Spanish speaking), and that seemed towork better. For instance the salsa. When they asked for an additional salsa in Spanish (the 2nd time) it arrived. There wereprobably 4 or 5 tables in the restaurant at the time so it was not peak busy time or I'd be a lot more understanding but itwasn't. I know how hard it is being a server and if someone is truly tying I give a lot of grace but in this case it just didn'tseem like our server wanted to be there."
