"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service from both the staff and the owner. Our dishes were served about 30 minutes apart, and we were charged for items that never arrived. When I addressed the issue with the owner, she was rude and refused to take responsibility, instead offering excuses for the poor service. The overall attitude was very unprofessional. I won't be returning and certainly don't recommend this place. If you're planning to visit with a large group, be aware that they struggle to handle it and the service will likely be inadequate. Additionally, the restrooms were unclean, with stains on the walls. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the food."
