"Ok, I am going to start this out by saying, my body is a GREAT detector of all bad ingredients, chemicals, additives, etc. When I eat at ANY place start sneezing uncontrollably or can't make saliva or am itchy, after I have eaten, its a bad sign. At this FINE place, I did NOT sneeze at all, didn't have dry mouth or itch whatsoever. SO HUGE PROPS FOR USING GREAT INGREDIENTS!!! I ordered the Pollo Crema lunch meal. It came with rice, beans 3 flour tortillas. My dining partner ordered the Macho Grande meal. He got a Chile rellano, a Taco an Enchilada, both made with shredded beef also came with rice beans. Beforehand, we were given, fresh hot corn chips, fresh salsa I ordered Pico de Gallo too. My Pollo Crema was absolute perfection! No old or fatty chicken here! It was made with all white tender meat. Every melt in your mouth bite, was smothered in the best Crema sauce I have ever had I have tried Pollo Crema, nationwide! Next time I go, I am getting double beans. Their beans are not salty, unlike a lot of other places aound here taste just like the beans I used to eat, down in Baja California, in 9th grade, every weekend. My dining partner had been here before, (several times) today, was my first time eating here. I know why he goes here, time after time now. Great folks, excellent food, gracious server Jose R, all made for an absolute perfect meal experience!!"
