"I had to wait until Monday for a response and to get my deposit back, only to find that we were overcharged by $122. The other owner kept giving me vague answers, saying I needed to wait until the following Tuesday to resolve the issue. Throughout this ordeal, neither owner offered an apology.
My husband, concerned by my frustration, called them to express that we wouldn’t wait another week to resolve this. They finally decided to give us only $38 back. We were both extremely frustrated by the continued rudeness and lack of accountability. I went in to collect this paltry sum along with my $50 deposit, and still received no apology from the owner, who acted as though we should be grateful for $38.
After leaving a review on another site, the owner called me this morning, accused me and my husband of lying, and told us to never return to her restaurant. She was incredibly rude, hanging up on me twice and refusing to let me speak. I will never return, and I’ve advised all my guests, their families, and friends to avoid this establishment as well. This has been a deeply disappointing experience."
