"I used to really enjoy this place, but my recent visit with family from out of town was disappointing. I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but the staff seemed unfamiliar with what gluten is, despite it being a key part of their food safety training. In the past, I was impressed by the gluten-free options at Crabby's, but this time they claimed to have nothing available. After persistent questioning, they finally mentioned that their corn tortillas are gluten-free, but I got the feeling that my dietary needs were more of an annoyance to them. I definitely don't want to risk an allergic reaction and need my EpiPen in a restaurant. If it weren't for the kids we had with us, I would have chosen to eat somewhere else.
Additionally, we had a $20 gift card from a musical bingo event, but they charged our card the full amount and kept the gift card. Sadly, we won't be returning.
