I'm writing this to make the manager aware of the issue, as I believe they need to address this with their employees. While saving a bit of money might seem tempting, is it really worth disappointing a long-time customer? I feel cheated, and my lunch experience was ruined. It's time for the management to have a conversation with the staff because it’s hard to believe that a manager would allow such poor practices. I am beyond disappointed. I drove there, waited, and then drove back home only to feel let down.
On a brighter note, the parking lot has more than enough spaces, and it is definitely kid-friendly. The kids love the arcade, basketball, and spacious dining areas with great food."
