"I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars, but I want to emphasize that it surpasses the taste of any 4-star restaurant in Tulsa, OK. However, the reason for the 3-star rating is a dirty water glass. Additionally, it took a while for the waiter to take our order, and when she finally did, her English wasn’t very clear, which made communication difficult. Fortunately, another waiter stepped in when he noticed she was having trouble, and that was very considerate of him. The food came out quickly, which is definitely a plus in my book. The pho broth was just mediocre. Moreover, we were missing one of the appetizers we ordered, so we requested that it be removed from the final bill. Overall, while this place has potential, it lacks the attention to detail that could create a more positive customer service experience."
