"Well...let 's start this off by saying Elizabeth 's is a small, but beautiful, hole-in-the-wall in Wilmington. It has charm, it has just the right lighting ambience replicates the feel of an old-school Ristorante, tucked away somewhere in an Italian neighborhood of New York or Chicago. FOOD: Of the 3 dishes ordered, this review focuses on the Lobster Ravioli (Lobster Ravioli $11.99: Served in a homemade pink sauce . So...let 's get this clear, Lobster? Check. Nice...alright, now....ravioli? Mmmhmm... w homemade pink sauce as the mystery flavor on this lobster ravioli? So...ok then. What is... pink sauce, exactly? I would find out a short time later. It appeared to be Elizabeth 's homemade marinara sauce w some cream a light cheese blend mixed together in a pool of creaminess that can be eaten as a meal in itself...maybe a, bisque!?! Lol. It 's good, people. Plus, it was served w house bread butter. I am not an expert nor connoisseur of breads starches, but it was a light, Italian Bread which complimented the entree well. It served it 's main purpose as my scooping sponge to absorb Elizabeth 's pink sauce. That was my favorite combination of the meal. The pasta tasted fresh as if it were made in-house. Maybe they have some imported in? Regardless, the pasta and flavor were nice. I only would have changed one of 2 things. I preferred a thinner sheet of pasta, nestled over the served lobster filling, so that I didn 't taste more pasta than sweet lobster meat....or, had more lobster filling to balance out the thickness of the rolled pasta. The lobster filling, itself, was good when I ate a couple of small bites with my fork but there were no lump pieces. However...this is $11.99, so I wasn 't expecting a ravioi w large bits of lobster, prepared by Italian chefs in Las Vegas. I understood that. The sauce was the best part with a smooth creamy blend of dairy into the marinara sauce. It was tasty. SCORE: 4 STARS!! SERVICE: Shamir greeted my wife, son I at the door, promptly upon entering. We were seated immediately, which was surprising due to it being Friday evening the place was operating at full steam. The restaurant is also not tight...but it 's, cozy. Our server, Brittany (sp? was pleasant, attentive did well. When first asked what she recommended, she let us in on how it was just her first week so...it was time to just make our choices gamble with our tastebuds. Lol. But overall, the service was nice acceptable. SCORE: 4.4 STARS OVERALL SCORE: Being that I ordered an $11.99 dinner entree, featuring lobster...and from a Pizza place, what else should I have expected? : I felt I received a good value. If the pasta is homemade, maybe shave back some of the ravioli 's thickness to make the lobster filling the focal point of the dish. But still, it was very good, a large portion satisfyingly filling. That Pink Sauce y 'all got going on there, is incredible though. I really enjoyed it. SCORE: 4.2 STARS!!"

"My husband, myself and our daughters stopped by for lunch around 3pm today. Upon looking at the menu we didn't see any kids options and after contemplating for about 5 mins, we decided to leave to try another place. However, having had Pipeline pizza to go in the past, we already know the food is delicious so we were bummed to be leaving to another restaurant. I felt like I owed the guy an explanation on why we were leaving, so I let him know the deal breaker was the no kids menu for us but we hoped to come back soon to try them out another time. The guy let me know that they actually did have kids meals but they weren't in the menu yet and he told me what they had. He was so apologetic and sincere, we just didn't have the heart to leave. Especially because they DO have kids meals, they just weren't on the menu. So we decided to stay and my kids got the spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken Alfredo and they loved it! Hubby and I had the wings and fries combo and a slice of ? each. The service was immaculate, the food was cooked to perfection and you could taste the love in it. Also upon finishing our food, they actually updated their menus right there and then to include the kids meals too! ? This place is absolutely a hidden gem of Pasadena and I would recommend them to anyone who hasn't given them a try. We can't wait to come back and try some different options. Those crispy yet juicy wings will be in my dreams tonight and I thank you for that ? lol. We hope to come back soon and we wish your business continued success for many years to come!! ?? Kid-friendliness: The staff was very friendly towards my 2 daughters as well ?"

"Don 't expect much, my friend warned me when telling me about this place. She was referring to the exterior of the restaurant, which is completely unassuming and shares a complex with a rundown liquor and package store. As we walked indoors, we saw that things were cozy but scantly decorated. But truly, we couldn 't care one whit about any of this. Because as we followed our waitress to our table, we were catching whiffs of fresh bread and pasta sauce. Focaccia is likely what we were smelling, and it 's one of the first things they bring out to the table, along with a small dish of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It 's served warm, with a crusty and toasted exterior, which made it nearly impossible to ration them for sopping up sauce later (note: you always have the option of getting extra bread for a small upcharge . We started with the calamari fritti, which are a thing of beauty. They look as though they 've been painstakingly hand breaded, because they 're so well coated yet extremely light. They 're also hardly salted, which might compel some to think they 're unseasoned. But I found them to taste just right with the accompanying sauce and a heavy spritz of lemon. We whizzed our way through our plate, which turned out to be a good thing because the pastas arrived way faster than we expected. I ordered the pappardelle alla bolognese, and my husband ordered the fettucine alla pescatora. Both were unmistakably made with fresh pasta, and we slurped happily from our respective bowls. My favorite thing about these entrees were the serving sizes. These weren 't fancy plates with a tiny swirl of pasta on a big plate; instead, they felt like the generous, Italian mama spooned pasta bowls that are ready to fill up the most cavernous of stomach spaces. While there were no downsides to our meal, we had a bit of a scare when we were taking bites from my husband 's dish and we both ended up nearly chipping our teeth on some loose mussel or clamshell pieces that we hadn 't noticed in the sauce. So word to the wise if you order it (though I hope that doesn 't scare you away it was delicious! . The service in this family owned restaurant is fast, friendly, and warm. I was touched that a server chased us halfway into the parking lot because we 'd forgotten our leftovers at our table."
