"The older woman behind the counter was fairly rude. Upon telling her I was here for a pick up she cut-off my sentence, rolled her eyes, says ok, and gestures toward the long line of people waiting to order. I know they weren't picking up because I had asked them before approaching the counter. I finished my sentence, telling her I just wasn't sure how they operated. Mind you, I could see my order on the heat chute when I entered. I have no problem waiting in line for my pick up, though I do think you should warn your customers that they'll have to wait in a 10 minute line when they call ahead. Most people calling ahead need to avoid the line, but that's beside the point. Treating your customers rudely for asking a simple question is no way to run a business. If you don't want your customers asking whether they should wait in line for a pick up or not you should probably post a sign or tell them on the call. All-in-all, I was disappointed in the service to say the least and my food was lukewarm and soggy by the time I received it."
