"Unfortunately, I cannot say I am overly impressed with this place. That 's a shame, because I work at the courthouse and we 're already hurtin ' for decent food options within walking distance. My first visit was probably a year or so ago; I had a mediocre chicken Caesar salad. My second visit: some co-workers took me to lunch for my birthday. It was a later lunch than usual, but when we walked in we were told they were basically out of everything. Out. Of. Everything?!? Sounds like bad management, right? Yesterday, I decided to give it another go with some co-workers. My chicken sandwich had tomatoes on it even though I ordered it without. No big deal, took 'em off. In general, though, the sandwich was bland, and had not nearly enough chicken. My co-workers food came out several minutes before my sandwich. Then, when it did come, it came without chips, but a promise to get me some. The chips took so long to arrive I almost forgot about them...we were literally getting ready to get up and leave when the chips arrived at the table. Unfortunately, Fratello 's falls way down the list of food options near the courthouse."
