"Highly recommend! Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and from the moment I checked in with the host to leaving the restaurant, the service was 5 stars! Everyone is so friendly and professional- it left me in awe. Our server was amazing- knew everything about the menu and was so friendly. Timing for water service and bread was on point and everything flowed really well! They clearly know how to provide great service- and the food was absolutely delicious~ hats off to the chef. We ordered the meatballs, rigatoni with lamb sausage, and the mushroom risotto. Cocktails are refreshing and light- I ordered coming up roses and it was so refreshing. This place deserves a Michelin star already in my opinion. Thank you La Storia for a great evening and also for the olive oil cake for my sister's birthday. : Will be sure to continue recommending and come back again!"

"Oh oh ! They changed the owner... It was really delicious and now.. the food is not very good. Too bad, I really loved the place. Answer to the owner : Not authentic? Oh? He was Italian, made his own mozzarella and his food was delicious. I amnot friend with the previous owner although I would have liked he was nice with his customers and always greet them. Your ownerdid not even greet us! I'm sorry I did not like your restaurant, the pasta was not even cooked. I have not tasted the pizzasactually, they may be good. My opinion is based on my personal experience (see the photo) and I am sorry that you do not likeit. As a local guide I have to be honest at 100%."

"Cute little pasta bar inside Eataly. We got the Zucchini spread appetizer which was not all that great. For our entrees, we tried the special—the Hatch Chile Caramelle which was very rich with goat cheese, garlic, honey, and butter sauce. Our server said it was very similar to the richness of lasagna. It was pretty good but can get overwhelming. Good thing the dish was not too big, but if I’m being honest, 7 pieces of caramelle pasta for $21+ was a huge rip off. We also tried the Tagliatella Alla Bolognese and it was probably the worst Bolognese I have ever had. It was super dry and the sauce tasted very bland. The pasta did not taste like fresh pasta and I was very disappointed. The last time I tried the pasta at Eataly, it was in Chicago and their pasta dishes were a lot more fresh and flavorful. Dallas definitely has a lot of catching up to do. Ambiance was very casual and service was great. Our host and server were incredibly sweet and knowledgeable when asked about the menu options. This is a very cute place for dinner and people watching, but the food was not what I thought it would be. I will not be coming back, but I really hope they will add another restaurant or fix this menu because I’ve always loved going to Eataly in New York and Chicago."

"I started by selecting a drink and browsed the wine list, ultimately ordering a Nebbiolo. For my main course, I chose the asparagus and goat cheese frittata. Everything was fantastic. I was quickly seated (I got to pick my spot), and there wasn’t an excruciating wait between ordering and receiving my food. The frittata was prepared exactly how I like it—crispy edges with a soft, pillowy center. The portion was perfectly sized and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning!"

"I have been here a couple of times with one of my friends after a hike. The food is hit or miss. I love their bruschetta and bread options, especially with za'atar, and typically their batata harra dish is decent (I like it saltier, but that's just me),yet the last time we went some of them were dry, burnt, or bitter. The staff is super friendly, genuinely nice, and attentive,and they will fix any mishaps with a bad batch. I bet it's a nice place to just have a drink, so for those who imbibe, you cancheck it out and let me know. I love sitting outside on the patio during the warm summer nights."
